Terms of Service

These terms apply to website plans provided by Town & Trade, a sole proprietorship owned by Frank Gasparovic in Danville, California (“we,” “us”), to you, the business owner (“you”). By subscribing, you agree to these terms and to any written service agreement we sign with you. If the two conflict, the signed agreement controls.

1. Plans and billing

• Essentials — $50/month: a one-page website built from a professional template with your services, hours, location, photos, and contact details.
• Done-For-You — $150/month: a custom website, unlimited change requests by text, and the 48-hour turnaround guarantee described below.
• Both plans include hosting, security, backups, and one standard domain (up to $25/year) registered in your name. There is no setup fee.
• We show you a preview first. Billing starts on the day your approved site launches and renews monthly on that date until you cancel. Payments are processed by Stripe.

2. Changes

Done-For-You includes unlimited change requests sent by text, covering:

• Content: hours, prices, photos, menus, specials, and text.
• Layout: adding, moving, or reworking sections and pages.
• Design: colors, fonts, styling, and full design refreshes.

New functionality, such as online ordering, booking systems, or third-party integrations, is not a change. We quote it separately before starting any work. We work on requests in the order we receive them.

Essentials does not include ongoing changes. We quote requested changes before starting any work.

3. The 48-hour turnaround guarantee (Done-For-You)

• The 48-hour window starts once we have everything needed to complete the request, such as photos, text, prices, or access. If we need something from you, we will ask promptly, and the window starts when we receive it.
• If we miss a 48-hour window, we credit that month’s $150 fee against your next invoice. The credit is at most one month’s fee per billing month, however many windows are missed that month.
• The guarantee does not apply to new functionality (section 2), to outages or changes caused by third parties (such as domain registrars, Google, or hosting providers), or to requests that would break the law or these terms.

4. Your domain and your content

• Your domain is registered in your name and stays yours. If you choose a premium domain costing more than $25/year, we will quote the difference first.
• You confirm that you have the right to use the photos, logos, and text you give us, and that the business information you give us is accurate. We will not invent reviews, prices, credentials, or results.
• Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information and your website visitors’ information.
• Once all amounts due are paid, you may keep and use the delivered site files. Our reusable templates and tools, and any third-party assets, remain subject to their own licenses, which we will identify.

5. Cancellation

• Both plans are month to month, with no contract or minimum term. You can cancel at any time through the billing link in your receipt, or by texting us.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month. Your site stays online until then, and you will not be charged again. We do not issue refunds for partial months.
• When you cancel, we give you an export of your site files and help you point your domain wherever you choose.

6. Missed payments

If a payment fails, Stripe notifies you and retries automatically, and we will contact you personally. We will not suspend your site until at least 14 days after the failed payment, and we will send written notice first. Your domain remains yours regardless.

7. What we don’t promise

We build sites to be found through Google Search and Maps and to be understood by AI assistants. Rankings and placement are controlled by those providers, so we cannot guarantee them. We keep backups and monitor your site, but no service can promise uninterrupted availability.

8. Changes to these terms

If we change these terms or your plan’s price, we will tell you in writing at least 30 days before the change affects you. You can cancel before then.
